2. Return Eligibility
2.1 General Return Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date if they meet the following conditions:
- Product is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included
- Product has not been damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Proof of purchase is provided
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged due to user error or neglect
- Products with missing parts or accessories (unless defective)
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)

3.1 Initiating a Return

3.2 Return Authorization
You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Please note:
- Returns without an RA number may not be accepted
- The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package
- RA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance
3.3 Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The wrong item was shipped
- We arrange a product exchange
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until the return is processed.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Inspection Period
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
4.2 Refund Timeline
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account
4.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- The item shows signs of use
- Original packaging is damaged or missing
- Accessories or manuals are missing
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same product if it is defective or damaged. To request an exchange:
- Contact customer service within 30 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and description of the issue
- We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost
6. Defective or Damaged Products
6.1 Reporting Issues
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We may request:
- Photos of the damage or defect

- Order number and purchase date

For defective or damaged items, we offer:

9. Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees for returns that meet our eligibility criteria. However, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for:
- Returns of opened electronic items
- Special order items
- Returns after 30 days (at our discretion)
